RETURNS REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel your order (your contract with Pilgrim Books) within seven days of placing the order or seven days of receipt of the goods - whichever is the longer.
2. REFUND Should you wish to cancel your order you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the goods, including any postage and packing applicable to the item/s being returned, on the same Credit, Debit or other Card that was used to purchase the goods - this card or its replacement must be valid at the time of refund.
3. CONTACT To cancel your order, return the goods and receive a refund, you should firstly email enquiries@pilgrimbooks.com
4. RETURNS You will be supplied by email either with a Returns label or an address to send the goods to. The label will not be Postage Paid and there will be no additional refund of postage and packing beyond what was paid when first ordering the goods, unless returning the item/s will incur additional cost beyond the original charge, in which case this will be added to the Refund transaction on your Card. We regret we are unable to supply or further reimburse additional packaging materials for returned items.
5. EXCHANGE OF GOODS In circumstances where the goods arrive damaged or defective, a replacement in perfect condition will be despatched at no additional cost to you. The postage costs of returning the damaged or defective item/s will be refunded to you, unless in exceptional circumstances we advise you that this is not required and the item/s can be kept or destroyed (in which case we may require photographic evidence of damage or defect). In circumstances where the wrong goods have been delivered, verified by the order confirmation details, the correct item will be despatched at no additional cost to you. Our Returns procedure applies, and the postage costs of returning the incorrect item/s will be refunded to you. Please try to use the original packaging materials. We are unable to exchange items that are not defective, damaged or incorrect.
